All PFC playing members must hold a valid insurance membership with Floorball NSW.  Memberships are valid for 12 months from your date of purchase, and can be purchased/renewed here under Membership.

Please Note:

• This renewal date will be around the anniversary of when you first started playing Floorball. 
• Renewal dates are not linked to Peninsula Floorball Seasons, calendar or financial years as it is a rolling 12 month membership from the date of purchase.
