Tonight we saw two close encounters with the two top teams winning their games. No doubt the skill level is improving and the pace is getting faster.
Both games were decided in the last period making both game exciting to watch.

Already one round completed in our second competition. Fighting Ibis and Patriots are sitting first and second on the table and so far look like they will be contenders for top spot. Our new team (blue shirts) has a name…..You’re my boy blue and they have been doing well. They could well create a few surprises in the next couple of rounds.

We are pleased to announce that Junior Floorball is about to start and we encourage any youngster, boys or girls between the age of 7 and 15 to try this great sport.
No experience necessary and costs is $6 per week ($5 per child for 2 or more Children of the same family).
All equipment is supplied….all you need is a pair of court shoes. We have training first and then a game to practice newly acquired skills.
Starting 11th October, every Tuesday night from 6pm to 7pm at the Peninsula Leisure Centre, Woy Woy.

Fighting Ibis had a convincing win over the table leader Patriots, beating them 5-1.
The second game was a close encounter between Pythons and our ‘New team’. This time, Pythons was able to maintain their goal advantage but just, winning 3-2.

Our ‘New Team’ is settling well in the comp with a convincing win against Scorpions with Josh Brown having a great night scoring 4 goals…well done Josh.
The other game saw Patriots win their game over Pythons by scoring the winning goal with 15 seconds to spare. A good game played competitively and in good spirit. No doubt Patriots have ambitions in this comp.
